The Debt Recovery department is one of the largest departments in the firm and we act for a broad range of businesses, from multinational companies to sole traders and local authorities.

All our services are tailored to each individual client's needs. The department is fully computerised and offers web access to all clients "free of charge".

As a confirmation of the level of our service, we have been awarded the Silver Supplier Award by one of our clients, Royal Mail, on four separate occasions for the quality, service, cost effectiveness and innovation of our debt recovery services.

The Team

The team of 30 has a wealth of experience in credit control and legal debt recovery and is headed by Martin Hughes.

Steve McDonnell is the Debt Recovery Manager. Steve has more than 25 years' experience of legal debt recovery and credit control.

Jean Dunson is the supervisor of the Defended Debt Recovery team. Jean is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives.
