The impact of divorce and separation upon children has of course been widely reported and therefore assisting parents to find amicable and workable solutions in disputes regarding their children is essential.

We at Spratt Endicott certainly advocate the assistance of mediation, Collaborative Law and family therapy in situations where these types of approach will assist and where Court proceedings may accordingly be avoided.  If however matters cannot be resolved by agreement, then we will assist with the practicalities and guide you through the Court process.

We provide our clients with a copy of the Government produced Parenting Plan and Resolution documentation that can assist parents in reviewing how they approach disputes with their former partner and can help them to focus on the needs of the children.
