Sometimes the hardest step is the first step.  Talking to a Family Lawyer can be the beginning of a journey into an uncertain future.  You may want to know:

Where possible and appropriate, we would urge any couple to keep communicating with one another.  That way, costs may be kept to a minimum and a more solid foundation built for progress.  This should also lead to a more relaxed relationship with one another in the future, something that is vital where children are involved.

We also advocate mediation and the Collaborative Law approaches and encourage these routes where possible.
