Residential Possession
The property litigation uses a “Four Step Process” allowing landlords to regain possession of their property in a cost effective and efficient way. We agree a fixed fee with you for the “Four Step Process” which involves:
i) Sending letter of action to tenant
ii) Issue and service of Notices to Quit.
iii) Issuing Possession proceedings and obtaining possession order.
iv) Obtaining possession warrant.
