Our small but dedicated property litigation team advise and represent businesses and individuals in a wide range of property related disputes.

Residential Possession

The property litigation department has combined its expertise with our debt recovery unit to develop the “Three Step Process” allowing landlords to regain possession of their property in a cost effective and efficient way.  We agree a fixed fee with you for the “Three Step Process” which involves:

  1. Serving Notice requiring possession.
  2. Obtaining a Possession Order.
  3. Obtaining a Possession Warrant.
