From the outset, you will be assigned to a particular Conveyancer who will deal with the transaction from start to finish.
- Each Conveyancer will be supervised by an experienced Team Manager
- All Team Managers and Conveyancers are supported by equally experienced support staff.
- Collectively our staff will give you a highly personal service. We pride ourselves on being friendly and approachable.
- All teams will have someone available at all times to talk to you. We will communicate with you by whichever means you prefer, e.g. post, fax or email.
- You will be kept informed at all times.
- A breakdown of all fees and costs involved will be given to you at the beginning of the transaction. These will be fixed from the outset with no hidden extras.
- We will be happy to see you to go through the contract papers face-to-face or send you a written report if you prefer.
- We will explain everything in plain English, as illustrated by the Property Logic pages of our website
- We will use our knowledge and experience of all aspects of property law to work proactively during your transaction.
